Privacy Policy

Core editing and export happen locally in your browser. We do not upload your screenshots or process image data on our servers during the editing flow.

• Email address — if you join the waitlist or sign in with a magic link.
• Access status — if you purchase paid access, we store the minimum account data needed to recognize that access.
• Optional AI prompt text — if you opt into AI copy suggestions, the text description you type may be sent to a supported AI provider. Image data is not included.

• Your screenshots, images, or pixel data during the core editing and export flow
• Visual edits such as backgrounds, padding, annotations, and export rendering
• Saved brand styles and editor preferences stored in your browser
• Browser history or activity outside Fynshot

We store editor preferences and saved brand styles in your browser so the editor can restore your setup between visits. This data remains on your device unless you clear your browser storage.

• Supabase — waitlist storage, authentication, and access status.
• Resend — transactional emails for waitlist and access messages.
• AI provider — opt-in text suggestions only. The text you type may be sent, but screenshots are not.
• Hosting provider — the site host may keep standard infrastructure logs such as IP address and request time.

• We do not run third-party behavioral analytics in the current product build.
• We do not upload screenshots for cloud processing during editing.
• We do not use your screenshots to train AI models.

Waitlist and account data are retained for as long as needed to operate the service or until you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hi@fynshot.com.
