By using Fynshot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fynshot is a browser-based tool that allows you to beautify and export screenshots for various social media platforms. All image processing happens locally in your browser. The Service is provided by Fynshot ("we", "us").

• The free tier provides unlimited exports with a watermark.
• Pro access is unlocked by a one-time lifetime deal purchase.
• Pro licenses are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing email address.
• We reserve the right to update Pro features. We will not remove core features from Pro licenses without notice.
• No subscriptions, ever. This is a brand promise. If this changes, existing lifetime deal holders will be grandfathered.

We offer a 14-day refund policy for Pro licenses. If you are unsatisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us at hi@fynshot.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process content you do not own or have rights to
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our backend APIs
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute the Service or claim it as your own

You retain full ownership of any screenshots you process through the Service. We claim no rights to your images. The Service itself, including the code, UI, and branding, is owned by Fynshot.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fynshot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have an account) or posted notice on the site. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
